Today, we’re going to dive into the body sensations together.

Listen to the body scan meditation (for best practice, use headphones and get into a place where you will be uninterrupted!) Begin to allow yourself to tap in to what your body is experiencing, without the pressure of naming or releasing anything. After meditating, journal about what you experienced, what you heard and felt, and how your body may have been communicating with you.
