Now that you’ve been unlocking sensation in the body, it’s time to start diving into specifics.

If you don’t have a transformational experience right away, don’t stress. Sometimes it takes time for the body to develop feelings of safety. If you’ve been disconnected from your body for a long time, this may be more challenging for you.

Come back to this practice multiple times, and each time you’ll find it easier to drop into the meditation and step into spaces where you’ve experienced shame.
