PHASE ONE
Body Reconnection

Before we can rewire old beliefs, we need to reconnect you to your body (the relationship that got buried under years of people-pleasing and performance.)

Using the transformational Marra Method™ movement, you’ll:

  • Regulate your nervous system and start coming home to your body

  • Learn to interpret body symptoms as messages, not as betrayal, and

  • Identify the subconscious patterns driving burnout, pain, and perfectionism

PHASE TWO
Realignment

Once you’ve established safety and connection, you and your body become a team ready to:

  • Release old programming and the survival story of self-sacrifice, staying small, and misalignment

  • Rewrite inherited beliefs and internalized roles

  • Release the need to earn, grind, or hustle into your purpose

  • Realign to your authentic, original design

PHASE THREE
Expansion

Now that you’re clear, movement becomes a tool that helps you:

  • Expand your capacity to accept support, set boundaries, and actually feel joy without guilt

  • Integrate into your new reality so you can stop self-sabotaging, &

  • Practice embodied living to anchor into sustainable transformation

  • Start living as the aligned, whole, a free-est version of you

    Every other week, we’ll connect with guided movement, belief and behavior rewiring, and integration work to give you clarity and aligned action steps.

    This isn’t a cookie-cutter program.

    On weeks we don’t move together, we’ll connect to address specific symptoms showing up in your body and personalize next steps, to ensure you’re getting exactly what your body is asking for.
