WELCOME TO MARRA
What to expect during your session:
We'll begin by grounding into your space with deep, intentional breaths, connecting to your body and gently setting an intention for your practice.
(Don’t worry if you’re unsure about your intention—we’ll discover it together.)
From there, we’ll move into a curated flow based on what your body is asking for in the moment. Some sessions call for strength. Some for balance. Others for pure restoration.
We'll listen and follow the path your body lays out.
Throughout the practice, we'll weave in breathwork and somatic techniques designed to:
- Regulate your nervous system
- Reconnect you to your body’s wisdom
- Release any pent-up or stagnant energy stored in the body
Depending on what arises, we’ll tailor the rest of the flow.
Finally, we’ll close with powerful integration practices to help you reconnect to your truest self—opening the door for vision, clarity, and deep inner stillness. This final phase is where healing is integrated.
We’ll Meet You Where You Are
Every Marra session is intuitively guided by what your body is asking for.
You’ll get to experience one of three core flows:
Apto Marra
A strength focused practice designed to expand your physical, emotional, and energetic capacity.
Azan Marra
A balance practice of steady movements to rebuild stability and peace after stress or overwhelm.
Bānâ Marra
A restorative, nurturing movement practice designed to bring your body back to safety, softness, and deep connection.
We won’t force your body into any one flow, the practice will meet what you truly need.
How to Prepare For Your Session:
— Choose a quiet, private space where you can move freely. If possible, make sure you won’t be interrupted for our entire 75 minute session.
— Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in
— Bring water and a journal/notepad to honor any reflections that arise.
— Optional: light a candle, soften the lighting, or play calming music to create a sacred atmosphere
— Give yourself 5–10 minutes before we begin to relax and get comfortable in the space.
