I'm not sure I can commit daily… is that okay?

Yes! There are three main movement sessions a week, with various tools in between. We’ll be moving through it together, but any connection is better than none. Join for what you can, without stress.

I’ve never done somatic work before, is that okay?

This is a beginner friendly, gentle introduction to the method and the work. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

I’ve tried everything (therapy, supplements, rest). How is this different?

Most healing modalities address parts of your mind or body. But your trauma isn't just in your thoughts. It's stored in your tissues, your nervous system, your fascia. The Marra Method™ teaches your body that it's safe to choose yourself, releases pent up emotion and memory that has been creating symptoms, and builds the nervous systems capacity to experience triggers and challenge. That's why the shifts are so profound.

How soon will I see results?

How does this help my symptoms?

The Marra Method™ blends somatic healing, mobility, strength work, and belief reprogramming. By releasing trapped emotions and uprooting limiting beliefs, you give your body permission to heal deeply and naturally from the inside out. Your symptoms aren't random. They're your body's way of telling you something's misaligned. This work helps you decode those messages and rebuild from your truth.

Do I need previous experience with exercise or somatic movement?

Not at all. Whether you’re a complete beginner or advanced mover, you’ll find education and classes tailored to your level and needs.

What support will I receive?

You’ll get access to our private community, three live group calls throughout the 30 days. You also have access to Katie directly inside the group. Plus, we’re always just an email away at info@marramovement.com.

Do I need any special equipment for this kind of movement?

Just a mat, some space to move, and a water bottle. A towel’s handy if you tend to sweat (I do!).
