Every part of the retreat is designed to help your body come out of constant bracing and into a state where clarity, emotion, truth, and relief can actually emerge.
It’s not about fixing what’s wrong with you… it’s about learning to hear yourself again.

This retreat gives you space to do that.
Not by forcing a breakthrough or performing healing, but by getting quiet enough, supported enough, and safe enough to hear and speak the honest truth.

What each day will look like:

You’ll arrive, settle into your room, and begin shifting out of doing mode.
That evening, we’ll gather for an opening dinner and a guided experience centered around vision, desire, and identity. This is your chance to step outside the roles you play for everyone else and get honest about where you are, what feels off, and what you want now.
The goal of day one is simple: land in your body, get present, and receive.

On day two, you’ll start noticing how your body carries stress, emotion, and old patterns.
Through movement, meditation, and guided journaling, you’ll explore:
where you hold pain and tension and what it may be connected to
the emotions that tend to sit underneath your habits and reactions
the ways your body signals when something feels unsafe, misaligned, or deeply wanted
This day includes group processing, hands-on support, and a release ceremony to help you let go of what you’ve been carrying and create space for something new.

This is the deepest day of the retreat.
You’ll move through somatic practices designed to help surface the fear, pressure, and protection patterns that have been running in the background, often without you realizing it.
This is where people often begin to see the real reason they’ve felt stuck: not because they’re lazy, broken, or unclear, but because their body has been busy trying to protect them.
We’ll end the day with a ceremony to mark what you’re ready to let go of and what you’re ready to return to.

The final day is about clarifying what you want to take back with you.
Through reflection, movement, and integration practices, you’ll begin to name what’s changed, what you need going forward, and how to stay connected to yourself once you return home.
You’ll leave with a clearer way of moving through the life you’re returning to.
You’ll also have time to rest, soak, and enjoy yourself
This retreat is not packed wall-to-wall on purpose.
There will be space to pause, enjoy the views, explore the hiking trails, rest, and enjoy the beauty of Colorado mountains. The space gives your body time to process, settle, and receive what the work is opening up.
